Model 777 |
The Model 777 Product Line includes a wide selection of options which are designed for a wide variety of applications. Model 777 products are UL listed, CSA recognized and CE approved. They combine overload, underload, and voltage and power monitoring functions in one package. They also provide a 3-digit display for viewing voltage, current, power and last fault information to simplify diagnostics.
The Model 777 units are designed to best handle loads ranging from 1-800A, provide linear trip capability, handle medium voltage applications, and provide underpower trip capability for special pumping applications.
Adding the optional RS485MS-2W communications module enables modbus RTU communications over an RS-485 bus. The Model 777 can then communicate with SymCom's RM-1000 and RM-2000 remote displays as well as SymCom's Solutions software running on an IBM compatible PC. The Model 777 can communicate with other Modbus master devices such as PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, DCS systems and others.

NOTES: SymCom's 777-LR & 777-MV can be programmed prior to installation by applying 115 VAC between the L1 and L2 terminals. * 575 volt Model (MS 777-575) ** If J prefix is displayed in trip class setting, jam protection is enabled. *** If "oc" is enabled in the #RF setting, the Over Current will be included as a normal fault and the relay will automatically restart after RD2 expires, otherwise, manual reset is required after an Over Current Fault. |

Solutions Software allows an IBM PC compatible computer to communicate with an RM-2000, RM-1000, Model 777, Model 77C or Model 601 connected to an RS-485 network using Modbus protocol. The program allows an operator to easily view the 3-phase voltages and currents, as well as key operating parameters such as: average voltage, average current, voltage unbalance, current unbalance, power factor, kW and remaining restart delay times. The software allows programmable limits to be viewed and modified from a single screen. In addition, the operator can start and stop (up to 99) individual Model 777s, Model 77Cs or Model 601s connected to the RS-485 network and log data to a file for future analysis.

Model RM-2000 |
The RM-2000 is a motor monitoring device to be used in conjunction with SymCom's Model 777. The RM-2000/777 motor management system combines unsurpassed electronic motor protection and critical, user-friendly motor monitoring.
The RM-2000 has membrane keypad controls which allow both monitoring and control of a 777 MotorSaver® through a RS-485 network using Modbus RTU protocol. A second communication port is standard and allows monitoring and control of up to 99 RM-2000 devices from a PLC, DCS, or SCADA system or a PC with Solutions software installed . The RM-2000 is environmentally protected and is easily mounted on the front of a panel or MCC.
